Tonhe A100 and A150 models motorized ball valve different function
We have a few questions regarding the changes between the A100
and A150 models:
- Could you please provide a list of the changes made between the A100 and A150 models?
- How did the plastic material change between the A100 and A150 models?
- How did the grease material change between the A100 and A150 models?
- Is a "Blowing Agent" used in the manufacture of the plastic housing?
Given the size of the future order, and the importance of the reliability
of the valves, we have a few questions regarding the changes between the A100
and A150 models:
- Could you please provide a list of the changes made between the A100 and A150 models? please see above table.
- How did the plastic material change between the A100 and A150 models?
- A100 and A150 material are all PPO,
- A100 USES 10% glass fiber reinforced, halogen-free flame retardant UL94 VO material, UL certification.
- A150 USES international SABIC, 20% fiberglass reinforced,UL94 V1 and 5VA listing.
- The wall thickness of the actuator shell was greatly adjusted. The wall thickness of the A100 actuator shell was 2.6mm. A150 actuator shell wall thickness 3.2mm; A100 actuator shell weight 0.14kg; The A150 actuator housing weighs 0.22kg.

The grease material of the A100 and A150 models has not changed. We have used the grease for 6 years. It is the origin of Sweden. - Actuator valve body connection size, A100 is the standard of Tonhe, A150 is ISO5211, F03/F05
