How to weld the Farad Capacitor (CR2 02 normally closed or normally open motorized valve)

CR2 02 wiring diagram, when the valve can open, but the valve can't close,
it maybe Farah Capacitor is bad, or Farach Capacitor don't weld well, we need open the plastic actuator,see the blue one(Farah Capacitor)

check if it Virtual welding or don't weld well, if yes, Please do the following procedures:
1)Soldering iron,
2)Solder wire is placed on the back of the farah capacitor.
3)Start welding.

CR2 02 Wiring Diagram ( 2 wires control – Power reset function)

•When SW is CLOSED, the valve OPEN, the actuator automatically power off after in place.
•When SW is OPEN, the valve CLOSED, the actuator automatically power off after in place.
﹡Suitable Working Voltage: AC/DC9-35V，AC/DC110V-230V
﹡Exceeding the working voltage is forbidden
Please Note A20 CR2 02 must need charge time >10 seconds for every time use
