Proportional valve PWM output feature

A question for the our valve model 24 volt.Could you tell me PWM voltage of position frequency output?

A question for the our valve model 24 volt. Could you tell me PWM voltage of position frequency output? Plus voltage for PWM, usually 3v, 5v

We have a problem with pwm output. You told me that the voltage of pwm is usually 3,3v or 5v but our is max 1v is it normal? We measured the value with the multimeter.We need a 5v pwm voltage how can we do this?

Multimeter can't measure it, you need use oscilloscope to measure. The multimeter can only measure average voltage, such as PWM is 5V, Duty ratio is 20%, then you can measure it 1V with multimeter.

Why then this converter doesn’t work?
You told me that your pwm is usually 3 to 5v 100Hz.
This converter work with pwm 5v-frequency 10 to 100Hz and doesn’t work with your pwm, with others yes.
Could you tell me exactly the characteristics of the pwm?

100HZ,OC output, Plus upper pull resistance and power supply, plus 5v is compatible with 5v, plus 3v is compatible with 3v, please see below wiring diagram picture.
